NINE ELMS SQUARE PROJECT
Nine Elms Square is located at the heart of the regeneration area. It will provide around 1,900 high quality apartments, most with river views. This scheme will contribute to the existing skyline of Vauxhall. The inclusion of the Linear Park shops, Offices, and a GP’s Surgery will create a sense of place.
Detailed consent for a 51 storey high residential building and associated landscaping has been achieved
Outline approval is also in place for a mixed-use residential-led development comprising a cluster of towers: two buildings up to 46 and 36 storeys; a 10 storey building to the south east and 10 buildings between seven and 29 storeys
Nine Elms Square will also provide public open space including the eastern gateway to the ‘Linear Park’ which stretches from here to Battersea Power Station
